Good news today – down 1.3! Yeah! I’m excited, but…(I know – negative Nancy coming in…) I’m just having a hard time getting used to the new plan. After the week I had on the old plan I would probably have lost 3 lbs.
Funny…in my recent WW magazine there was an article titled – “Let Go”… basically saying get over the fact that your old “go to” foods are higher in pts. But what I need to let go of is the smaller losses week to week. I have to remember this new plan is promoting healthier eating. It’s a lifelong change filled with fresh fruits & veggies – not processed 100 calorie packs.
So…here’s to Letting Go….
